Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Returned items must be in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Only regular-priced items may be returned for STORE CREDIT. Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: MALABAR, 235 Main St., Vergennes, Vermont 05491.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued.
